Scott Morrison launched Paper Denim & Cloth in 1999 and Ernest Sewn in 2004. Now Scott has launched his third company, 3x 1. The name represents two things, the denims standard weaving construction, RHT (Right Hand Twill) and the 3 for the third company Scott has launched. Scott calls New York City his home, so he wanted to create a brand and store that, "captured the people, heightened pace, international culture, and manufacturing and apparel legacy."

The store is located in Soho of NYC, where customers can view the production of their jeans. Inside the layout of the store, customers can watch, through the glass walls, the designers, patternmakers, sewers, and cutters go through the process of producing their jeans. Everytime I have set foot in the store, I am still in awe by the magnificent idea. I can't help but stare at the process. Genius!

Each jean 3x 1 designs for their customers are all limited edition. Each style is limited to 12-100 pieces. They also offer a bespoke denim where customers can choose the fabric and work of their jeans from start to finish.

3x 1 offers more than 75 unique selvage denim for men, and over 30 varieties of denims and twills specific for women.

Prince Peter and Jacob Dekat have launched in NYC a new fashion magazine called Lovecat. The launch was this past Tuesday at The Darby. Everyone in the fashion industry showed up. Tons of models mingled with downtown hipsters and trendsetters. Guests included Russell Simmons, Kid Cudi, Joe Marino, Laura Egan, Mick Rock, Ellen Von Unwerth, Miss Albania Angela Martini, DexterLove, Jamie Burke, Nicole Trunfio, Kelsey Marie, Sofia Lamar, and many others! With djs Mess Kid and David Katz providing the tunes, the guests sipped on drinks from the open bar thanks to Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum. Gift bags were courtesy of LeSportsac and JoyRich Los Angeles. The CFDA awards were last night in NYC and it was a great show as always.
